Job seekers
 
The personal data LPJ collects regarding job seekers includes name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, nationality, employment history and other personal information you optionally chose to submit. Personal data asked for in text boxes marked with (*) is mandatory to receive the service. If mandatory information is not provided, the service in question cannot be used. Other personal data that you may submit, e.g. job seekers may use the free text box to inform recruiters about themselves (like a cover letter), is optional.
 
LPJ will disclose the personal data that job seekers have registered and uploaded in accordance with the privacy settings under the tab “Your Profile”. As default the following information (if registered by the job seeker) is disclosed to the recruiters; Social pages, CV/Resume, e-mail address, date of birth, nationality and employment history.

Retention: Data collected for statistics are deleted after evaluation. Data collected in case of troubleshooting and security investigations are deleted when the case is closed.

Automatic Renewal (recurrent) Payments

We will charge you at the beginning of your subscription. When we renew your membership subscription, we will use the payment method currently associated with your account. If your credit or debit account has been closed or your payment method is otherwise invalid, your subscription may not renew and your membership will revert to a free membership.

 

Cancelling Automatic Renewal (recurrent) Payments

If you have subscribed to an automatic payment on latestpilotjobs.com and would like to stop the subscription from automatically renewing, you can do so by logging in to latstpilotjobs.com, clicking subscription tab and access the subscription page. In subscription page you can click the cancel button. 

 

One - time payments

Non-renewing yearly membership subscriptions are a one - time payment only. Your premium membership privileges will end at the end of your expiration date.

 

Refund Policy

Users, who does not use the services and information for business purposes, has before starting to consume a service a right to withdraw from the purchase.

The right to withdraw from the purchase is valid for 14 days from the time the printable purchase confirmation is available to the user. The right to withdraw the purchase expires when the user starts to consume the service.

Termination

Payments

Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your initial subscription, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, LPJ Latestpilotjobs AB reserves the right to charge you for the time you spent using our service or software within these 14 days. For each day that our service and software have been used by the subscriber 3.3% of total price will not be refunded. In addition to the above LPJ Latestpilotjobs AB will charge a 15 USD cancellation/refund fee.

In case you are not able to access your subscription due to server issues from our website your subscription will be prolonged with the same time as our server was down. If the server is down more than 3 days you have the right for a full refund.

In order to get a refund send an e-mail to info@latestpilotjobs.com with the subject “refund”. We will respond to your e-mail within 24 hours.

 

Rules for job postings

LPJ Latestpilotjobs AB has rules regarding the content and format of jobs posted on this job site. Their purpose is to ensure that users who search this job site and its database get results that are presented as clearly and informatively as possible. By using our website and/or any related services, you expressly agree to follow this Terms and Conditions. You agree that we may, at our discretion and without liability to you, remove from this job site any advertisement which is posted in breach of these rules at our sole discretion. It is your sole responsibility to adhere to the most current edition of this Terms and Conditions.

 

The Rules for job postings: 

1. No duplication of job posts at the expense of other clients' job posts.

2. No gratuitous use of keywords in job descriptions or job titles. Gratuitous means deliberately inserting words, strings of words, or repeating job titles with the intention of influencing position in the results listing, or increasing the number of page views.

3. Job advertisements placed on this job site must be for genuine vacancies only, not for other products or services related to or unrelated to recruitment, including but not limited to affiliate schemes, pyramid selling schemes or any other so-called 'business opportunity'.

4. Each job advert must be for one job type only. Multiple job types must each have their own separate job advert. The only exception is where there is more than one position available for that particular job type.

7. Free members can only post 4 jobs during a 30 days period. If a free member representing an airline or agency that specific organization can only post 4 jobs during the last 30 days. 8. Gold members can post up to 10 jobs during a 30 days period.

9. Platinum members can post up to 30 jobs + 3 featured job posting.

 

Illegal Advertisements

Advertisements which appear to discriminate e.g. on grounds of sex, race or disability are illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against both the advertiser and the publisher. Advertisements are accepted by this job site on the basis that the advertiser confirms that any requirement or qualification which may appear to discriminate illegally is in compliance with any exemption available under the relevant legislation. Notwithstanding this confirmation, if we believe that an advertisement may be discriminatory, we retain the right to use our sole discretion in either amending the advertisement or removing it from the job site with no prior notice without liability to you. If the advertisement is removed from the site for such reasons, we will refund any amounts paid or due to be paid in respect to the posting or otherwise and will inform you accordingly. The training software available on this website are originally created by, and solely a product of, LPJ Latestpilotjobs AB as an independent website not affiliated with any suppliers of pilot assessment tests.

These tests are especially designed to allow a private customer to prepare for a screening at an airline company or at a pilot school. The subscriptions are available either for a given duration or until a given day.

During the subscription, the selection of tests will be available at customers convenient.

 

Prices
