BACKGROUND

Resource Group’s Flight Crew Services division (Contractair Ltd) is pleased to announce an A 320 Captain pilot recruitment campaign on behalf of our client; HK Express.  HK Express is HK’s first and only low-cost carrier (LCC). Focusing on low fares and on-time reliability, HK Express has brought true competition to the HK market and surrounding region.

HK Express currently operates a fleet of modern Airbus A320 aircraft. As the list of destinations increases, HK Express’ fleet is set to grow even further with plans for over 30 Airbus A320’s by 2018. To match the overwhelming demand for new destinations and more flights throughout our existing network, HK Express has been hiring, on average, one new staff member every two days. 

JOB SPECIFICATION

Operator: HK Express

Position: A320 Captain

Base of Operation: HK

License Requirements: Valid Multi Engine ICAO ATPL Licence with Instrument Rating and First Class Medical

Commencement Date: Ongoing

Contract Duration: 3-year renewable

Salary: Competitive net salary plus benefits

Travel: Concessional Travel included

Accommodation & Transportation:Accommodation will be provided by the company for the Type Rating ground course to the Skill’s test, either in Hong Kong or overseas.  Then another 2 weeks of accommodation in Hong Kong will be provided to allow the newly employed pilots to find his/her own accommodation.  No accommodation will be provided in Hong Kong for Hong Kong residing pilots.

Annual Leave: 28 days of leave which consist of 12 days of statutory holidays and 16 days of annual leave per calendar year.

Candidate Experience: An A320 Captain pilot with a minimum of 500 captain hours on type with at least 3000 hours’ Total time, current within last 5 years

Age Restriction: 55 Years old
