Egnatia Aviation is the country’s largest Approved Training Organisation and one of the largest Approved Training Organisations in South Europe. Since January 2023 we are thrilled to operate in our own General Aviation aerodrome ‘’Lydia’’ at Amygdaleonas Kavala, Greece https://lgkm.aero/, the first private, fully functional, general aviation aerodrome of the country.

From Private Pilot Licenses to well trained professionals, Egnatia Aviation offers industry specific curricula for all kinds of Pilot Licenses, approved by the European Aviation Safety Agency and following the latest international aviation standards.

We are seeking professional and enthusiastic Theoretical Knowledge Instructors with outstanding interpersonal qualities, passionate in teaching, adhering to industry standards and company policies.

Essential  Criteria:    

• Aviation Background
• Previous ATPL experience
• Fluency in English 
• Certified and eligible to teach at least three of the following subjects;   Aircraft General Knowledge, Instrumentation,  Radio Navigation, Flight Planning and Monitoring.
