We are seeking a Flight data monitoring officer for our client in Saudi Arabia. This is a direct hire by the client and has a renewable contract. Some of the responsibilities are:

Develops, maintains, and monitors the Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) program to ensure continuous safety improvements.

Conducts detailed analyses of exceedances, anomalies, and safety events using FDM software tools.

Coordinates with flight operations, safety, and maintenance departments to resolve findings from FDM reports.

Prepares and presents monthly FDM safety reports and trends to the Safety Review Board (SRB) and senior management.

Maintains data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with organizational policies and GACA/ICAO standards.

Assists in the development and improvement of safety performance indicators and predictive safety tools.

Provides training and support to flight crews on FDM concepts, exceedance definitions, and the impact on safety.

Supports event investigation and FOQA/FDM analysis during safety investigations and risk assessments.
