Oversees ground operations safety initiatives, including hazard identification, risk management, safety assurance, and promotion activities. Ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational SMS and ground safety standards. 

Conducts detailed investigations into ground incidents, ramp accidents, fueling events, and cargo handling issues. Prepares investigation reports and recommends corrective/preventive actions. 

Facilitates regular Ground Operations Safety Review Board (SRB) meetings, monitors ground safety performance indicators (SPIs), and ensures documentation and tracking of safety issues to closure. 

Develops and delivers ground safety briefings, safety alerts, and targeted awareness campaigns to enhance ground personnel safety culture. 

Monitors and analyzes ground handling reports, ground damage reports (GDRs), and safety findings to detect trends and recommend preventive measures.
