On behalf of our client in Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a Maintenance safety officer. This will be a direct hire. Some of the requirements are:

§  01 Oversees maintenance safety initiatives, including hazard identification, risk management, safety assurance, and promotion activities. Ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational SMS and maintenance safety standards

§  02 Conducts detailed investigations into maintenance incidents, ground handling events, and technical defects. Prepares investigation reports and recommends corrective/preventive measures.

§  03 Facilitates regular Maintenance Safety Review Board (MSRB) meetings, monitors maintenance safety performance indicators (SPIs), and ensures documentation and tracking of safety issues to closure.

§  04 Develops and delivers maintenance-specific safety briefings, safety alerts, and targeted awareness campaigns to promote safety culture among maintenance and ground operations personnel.
