CABIN CREW MANAGER / SENIOR CABIN CREW MEMBER

A European airline operating premium and charter services is looking for an experienced Cabin Crew Manager / Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM).

This is a highly operational position, combining Cabin Crew management and training responsibilities with regular flying duties as SCCM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regular flying duties as SCCM
• Management, supervision and coordination of Cabin Crew
• Crew performance and operational follow-up
• Organisation and delivery of Cabin Crew training and coaching
• Development and monitoring of premium/VIP cabin service standards

PROFILE

• Strong experience as Senior Cabin Crew Member / Purser
• Proven experience in Cabin Crew management and team coordination
• Operational experience on large wide-body VIP-Corporate aircrafts
• Cabin Crew training/instructor experience
• Premium/VIP service experience is a strong advantage
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Floating base with worldwide operations
• Roster organised in ON and OFF periods
• Positioning to/from the aircraft arranged and paid by the company
• Accommodation during operational periods provided when required
• Per diem allowances during duty/mission periods
• Regular flying activity as part of the Cabin Crew roster

This is not an office-based management position. Flying as SCCM represents an important part of the role.
