We are currently recruiting TR & NTR A320 Captains on behalf of our client, Peach Aviation, based at Kansai International Airport, Osaka, Japan. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Captains to join a fast-growing, ANA-backed carrier operating across Japan and East/Southeast Asia.
Peach Aviation is a Japanese low-cost carrier headquartered in Izumisano, Osaka, and wholly owned by ANA Holdings. Founded in 2011 and launched in 2012, Peach operates an all-Airbus A320 family fleet (around 38 aircraft, including A320-200s, A320neos and A321LRs) from its main hub at Kansai International Airport, with a secondary base at Naha (Okinawa) and additional bases at Sendai and Tokyo–Narita.
The airline serves roughly 40 domestic and international routes across Japan and East/Southeast Asia (including South Korea, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore), employs around 2,000 staff, and carried over 9 million passengers in FY2025.

- Commuting Travel Allowance: A Home Travel Allowance (economy class ticket or JPY 200,000/month gross, ~USD 1,260) is available after initial training & line pilot designation, pilots may commute from outside the base location under the Commuting Pattern roster option.
- Career prospects: Permanent employment until age 65; thereafter an optional renewable 1-year contract available until age 68
- Training provided: Initial training through to designation as line Captain (Training Contract period). Training costs paid by the company; if the pilot resigns within 24 months of joining, a payback of JPY 2,500,000 (~USD 15,725) applies (waived if candidate already holds a JCAB A320 type rating).
Role Requirements:
- Licence type - Valid ICAO (JCAB) Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
- A320 or other Type-Rating
- 4,000 hours total flight time in commercial airlines
- LPC validity - 6-month validity upon joining
- Aviation English Language Proficiency Level 4 or above
- Japan Permanent/Working/Spouse Visa (if any) requested as part of application documents
- Radio Licence must have been issued at least 2 years ago; if not endorsed on the licence (e.g. Brazil, Ecuador), an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit is recommended
- 1,500 hrs PIC time on commercial jets while working for a commercial airline (reduced to 500 hrs PIC if candidate holds a JCAB ATPL and flew for a Japan-based commercial airline).
