(I)Job Description
·Assist the Captain in flight planning, navigation, and operation of the aircraft.
·Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks according to SOPs.
·Monitor aircraft systems, perform necessary troubleshooting, and communicate abnormalities.
·Operate the aircraft safely under normal and emergency conditions.
·Maintain accurate flight logs, reports, and documentation.
·Ensure compliance with company procedures, regulations, and ICAO standards.
·Participate in crew resource management (CRM) to support safe and efficient flight operations.
· Assist in passenger safety briefings and emergency procedures as required.
(II)Qualification
·Valid ATPL issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of an ICAO Contracting State (valid SSCA ATPL license in priority), with endorsements for aircraft type (B737, C909 in priority)
·Minimum total 1,500 flight hours, including minimum 500 hours on multi-engine aircraft
·Minimum 100 hours recent flight time in the past 12 months
·Valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate
·Maximum 35 years old
·English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher
·No accident/incident record where the pilot was found at fault
