Valid Frozen ATPL or ATPL with A320 type rating

Minimum 2,000 total flight hours

Minimum 1,000 hours as First Officer on Airbus single-aisle family within the past 18 months

Valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate (no limitations; OML not accepted, VML acceptable)

No alcohol or substance misuse history recorded by CAA

No accident/incident involvement where found at fault

English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher

Compensation: USD - depending on experience and proficiency.

Commuting pilots: Round-trip economy-class tickets per rotation (Home/NOD ↔ Base)
Non-commuting pilots: Two (2) annual round-trip economy-class tickets (Base ↔ Home/NOD)

Covered through OFF-rotation for commuting pilots
30 calendar days for residential expat contracts

Assessment Process: Document verification, technical interview, simulator assessment (if applicable), and medical clearance
Onboarding Timeline: Monthly start batches, depending on CAA validation and work/residence permit procedures
