MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To add and monitor the available online products, systems, ancillary services and products to support the revenue objectives of the Department in line with the overall commercial strategy across all Airport touch points across the network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures smooth implementation of all features and products in the local market to offer a more seamless and personalized offering to customers, both through flydubai’s online platform as well as through all applicable channels.
• Coordinates the adoption of new ancillary services implementations across the network.
• Works with relevant stakeholders to design and deliver airport products (ancillaries and auxiliaries) across the flydubai network to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Reviews the performance of all ancillaries and products across the network ensuring effectiveness and consistency.
• Ensures alignment of all services across flydubai sales platforms.
• Conducts market analysis and opportunity assessments for current and future products aimed at maximizing digital revenue and margins.
• Maintains good relations and regular visits to airport stakeholders.
• Establishes and manages relationships with third-party providers, ensuring that partnerships are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
• Coordinates with internal teams to ensure delivering the best data and help the business turn raw data into actionable insights for better decision-making.
• Analyzes sales data and adjust strategies as needed to achieve revenue forecasts and improve performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Minimum 5 years of relevant airport/airline experience
• Years with qualifications: 5 - 7 years

ISR REQUIREMENTS
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
