B787 Type-Rated and Non-Type-Rated First Officer

 AirJapan, operating from Narita and Haneda International Airports with its modern 787 fleet, is redefining medium-haul travel with its unique 'Fly Thoughtful' service.

This is a rare opportunity for First Officers to join a rapidly expanding team, offering outstanding benefits including command upgrade potential – a unique advantage within the Asian contract pilot market.

In this role you will operate flights for both AirJapan (AJX) and All Nippon Airways (ANA).

Role Requirements

• Valid ICAO ATPL
• Valid ICAO Jet Aircraft Type-Rating with a Command Instrument Rating
• 3,000+ hours total flight time, of which 500+ hours must be on a commercial jet
• 250+ hours PIC, OR 500+ hours PUS, OR 180+ hours PIC/PUS plus 70+ hours PIC 
• 200+ hours cross country time, of which 100+ hours must be PIC/PUS
• 75+ hours instrument flight time
• 100+ hours night flight time
• Valid ICAO Class 1 Medical Certificate
• ELP Level 4+
