About Us:

Compass Cargo Airlines is a dynamic and rapidly growing airline committed to safety, innovation, and excellence in service. As we expand our fleet and network, we are looking for dedicated aviation professionals to join our flight crew as First Officers on the Boeing 737-800.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Captain in operating the Boeing 737-800 safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company operational procedures.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections and briefings.
• Monitor and operate aircraft systems during all phases of flight.
• Participate in recurrent training and safety programs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid EASA CPL/IR.
• Valid Boeing 737-800 type rating.
• Minimum 500 flight hours on B737-800.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• ICAO Level 4 English proficiency or higher.
• Valid passport with unrestricted travel rights.
• Given the complexity of the employment authorization process, candidates should have the right to live and work in the EU.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Recent experience on B737-800 within the last 12 months.
• Strong CRM and communication skills.
