<p>We are very excited to announce a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced ATR Chief Pilot to join our client airline in PNG with an excellent commuting roster.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>This is a 3 year fixed term contract with automatic renewal.&nbsp; &nbsp;The operator has a fleet including ATR and other turboprops and does a mixture of FIFO work (mining corporations) and charter flights.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The role allows either a 4 weeks on 4 weeks off roster or a 6 weeks on&nbsp; weeks off roster depending on what the candidate prefers.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The salary is excellent (especially with that roster!) and flight tickets, accommodation and meals are provided.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>The ideal candidate should have:&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>at least 3 years' experience as a postholder (Chief Pilot or Head of Training or equivalent)</li>
<li>high level of computer literacy including MS Office&nbsp;</li>
<li>rostering and resource management experience&nbsp;</li>
<li>able to cope with clients and adhere to schedules under trying conditions&nbsp;</li>
<li>prepared to travel to other locations within the company&nbsp;</li>
