We are looking for an experienced CRM & Emergency and Safety Equipment (ESET) Training Instructor to join our Training department in Luxembourg. Reporting into the training organisation, you will participate in the design, delivery and continuous improvement of our company training, and conduct hands-on instruction and checking of cabin and flight crew on safety-related matters.
The role combines mixed tasks: course definition and preparation, administrative and regulatory work, and practical training and checking on aircraft and in the training environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define, prepare and maintain company course content, syllabi and supporting material in line with EASA requirements and company standards.
- Deliver CRM and Emergency & Safety Equipment training to flight and cabin crew.
- Conduct on-aircraft training and checking on crew safety-related procedures and equipment.
- Maintain accurate training records and contribute to compliance, audit readiness and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement of the training programme, incorporating operational feedback, occurrence learning and regulatory updates.
- Liaise with the training organisation, crew and external partners as required.
- Based in Luxembourg (or willing to relocate).
- Previous ESET training experience — mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant training experience.
- CRM Instructor qualification — preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous cabin crew experience with Airbus or Boeing — preferred.
- Corporate / business aviation experience — preferred.
- Solid understanding of the applicable EASA regulatory framework for crew training.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and comfort balancing varied duties.
- Fluent English; additional languages an advantage
