Texel Air is seeking a qualified and experienced Flight Dispatch Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our Operations Control Centre. The successful candidate will provide leadership and technical guidance to the OCC team, ensuring flight dispatch and operational control activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.

To be considered, candidates must meet the following:

Minimum Requirements

• Hold a Flight Dispatcher License (FAA license preferable)
• Minimum 5 years dispatch experience
• Minimum 2 years in a senior dispatcher, lead dispatcher, or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of international cargo and ACMI operations
• Experience with operational control and flight watch functions

Desirable

• Have previous Leadership training
• Experience with regulatory audits and authority interaction
• Knowledge of Bahrain CAA requirements
