The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will supervise and coordinate the Operations Department of the flight school. Your mission is to lead the Scheduling team and ensure optimized production in order to best support the educational progression of airline pilot students.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff and supervise the Operations Department, including the implementation of procedures and ensuring their proper application.
- Manage and optimize flight scheduling: aircraft, simulators, training rooms, students, and instructors.
- Administer training agreements: administrative follow-up and integration of new students.
- Financial management: monitoring student invoicing, controlling and approving supplier invoices related to the cost center (airport fees, fuel, external instructor services, etc.).
- Participate in the life of the organization: representing the company at trade shows, open days, and other internal or external events.
To successfully meet these requirements, you must have:
- 2–3 years of higher education or equivalent degree
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in French and English
- Proven and successful management experience
- Valid driving license
