The Continuing Airworthiness Engineer/Planner is responsible for:
- Ensure monitoring, oversight and compliance of Airworthiness Documentation, Modifications, Maintenance Scope of Works and Airworthiness Directives.
- Liaison with Aircraft Manufacturers and/or Component Manufacturers for any related problems.
- Preparation of Maintenance Checks and the achievement of quotations for all work that is required to be undertaken.
- Liaison with Company Personnel, CAMO Subcontractors and Logistics Suppliers in support of the day to day flying programme.
- Reporting of any findings from the continuous airworthiness tasks to the CAM;
- Reporting of new Maintenance Data to the CAM;
- Management of Records;
- Updating periodically the Aircraft Maintenance Programme;
- Assessing Airworthiness Directives;
- Assessing Service Bulletins and controlling expiration of warranty periods;
- Preparation of quote reconciliations for future base maintenance;
- Updating Maintenance Tracking Systems with the new maintenance requirements;
- Supervising base maintenance inputs on-site;
- Any other duties as assigned by the CAM or, in his / her absence, the nominated deputy.
Candidate will be expected to have knowledge of Reliability, and completing Reliability Reports and have a minimum of 3 years CAMO experience.
