Your Tasks

Planning, Coordination and ordering of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance; of mandatory and non-mandatory modifications
Support and Organizing in AOG situations and assessing deferral of defects.
Invoice control for ordered maintenance activities.
Administration of maintenance records, insurance claims and technical aircraft related contracts in the maintenance tracking program
Point of Contact for Customers, Crews, Authorities and MROs as subject matter expert
Coordinating and Planning of issuance or extensions of aircraft and authority related documents

Your Profile

Willingness to learn and to experience further education and trainings.
Willingness to travel and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
You can work in a team, are self-organized and self-motivated, customer orientated, and you are proud of your safety-conscious attitude.
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills in English and General Technical understanding
Degree in Aeronautical engineering (e.g. HTL) or relevant practical experience is of advantage.
Knowledge and training on airworthiness related legislations is of advantage.
Experience with maintenance tracking program CAMP and CMP is of advantage.
Valid working permit for Austria is mandatory!

The statutory minimum monthly salary for a full-time position is EUR 35.000 gross per year. However, the actual salary depends on the monthly number of working hours and your professional qualification and experience.
