Oaklands Global are currently recruiting a B1 Certifying Engineer on behalf of one of our leading aviation clients based in the Middle East. Responsibilities

• Perform and certify maintenance, repairs, and modifications on a variety of aircraft types in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Role includes flying duties to support the aircraft for high-profile operations and extended maintenance input support, liaising with MRO providers worldwide.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues to ensure aircraft readiness and safety.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to deliver first class maintenance support.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out to the highest standards of safety and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, contributing to a culture of learning and development.

Requirements

• Valid B1/B2 EASA or UK CAA License with strong hands-on experience on widebody Boeing aircraft.
• B2 License - highly beneficial.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
