Responsabilità:

• Command the B737 aircraft and supervise all phases of flight (pre-flight, take-off, cruise, landing)
• Coordinate with the First Officer, cabin crew, Dispatch, Maintenance Control and other operational departments to ensure compliance with EASA, ENAC and company procedures
• Ensure flight safety, operational punctuality, and high service standards
• Support company initiatives related to training, briefings, and procedural improvements
• Actively contribute to a culture of safety and continuous operational enhancement

Requisiti:

• Maximum age: 60 years
• Total flight time on B737 or equivalent aircraft: more than 5,000 hours
• Command time on B737 or equivalent aircraft: more than 1,500 hours
• Flight time specifically on B737: more than 500 hours
• Valid EASA licence (or equivalent nationally recognized licence) with B737 type rating
• Strong operational command of the English language
• Availability to be based in locations determined by company needs (Rome excluded)
• Flexibility and adaptability to operational requirements, including schedule variations, potential base changes, and operational disruptions
