Your mission

As part of our Flight Operations team, you keep the operational backbone of the organization running smoothly. You ensure that training records, aircraft documentation and operational processes are always up to date and support the Nominated Person Flight Operations in the daily management of the department.

You are highly organized, proactive and enjoy working in a dynamic aviation environment where attention to detail matters. Acting as a central point of contact for pilots and internal stakeholders, you can help create efficient processes and maintain the high operational standards of our organization.

• Maintain and monitor pilot training records and operational documentation
• Ensure aircraft, crew and operational documents remain current and compliant
• Support the organization and stocking of aircraft and operational inventory
• Assist the Nominated Person Flight Operations in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• Support preparation for audits, reviews and compliance checks
• Act as a point of contact for Ab-initio pilots and support them throughout their training journey
• Coordinate with instructors, pilots and internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows
• Help improve administrative and operational processes within the Flight Operations department
• Coordinate and prepare departmental personnel and feedback meetings
• Manage and coordinate all uniform-related processes, including fulfillment and shipment coordination, webshop maintenance, product integration and inventory updates for newly received uniform items
• Maintain, update and adapt operational documents within Web Manuals
• Support general office and operational coordination tasks

Your profile

• Experience in an airline or aviation environment is considered a strong advantage
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working
• Ability to manage documentation, records and administrative processes accurately
• Confident communication skills and a professional, service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently while remaining a reliable team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
• Good understanding of MS Office applications and digital administration tools
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with EASA regulations and aviation documentation is a plus
• This position is primarily office-based and requires regular on-site presence to support daily operational activities and coordination within the Flight Operations department
