- Performing instructor meetings;
- Performing instructor standardization sessions and training;
- Following up on training related matters;
- Communicating with training planners to secure a smooth and compliant customer journey;
- Development of the ATO;

- Being a dedicated representative for type rating pilot training, legally and hierarchically responsible for ensuring type rating pilot training activities under the general responsibility of Head of Training;
- Assisting Head of Training to ensure that the type rating training is in compliance with the appropriate requirements (ORA.ATO.110(b));
- Substituting Head of Training during his absence;
- Participation in daily meetings;
- Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals;
- Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by Head of Training.
We dream about a team member who:
- Has management experience within the aviation industry;
- Preferably holds or have held a SFI/TRI license on B737 or A320;
- Preferably holds a or have held a SFE/TRE license on B737 or A320;
- Have previous experience in positions like CFI or CTKI;
- Has good knowledge of Part-FCL regulations;
- Uses the English language at an effectively operational and independent level;
- Has excellent skills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment or has basic conceptional computer literacy;
- Can work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership;
- Knows how to manage several complex projects at once;
- Has analytical and conceptual thinking skills;
- Has willingness to share skills, knowledge and expertise;
- Is flexible with good time management skills;
- Has respectful and positive attitude.
