THE TEAM

You will join our Ground Operations team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe running of our operations across Morocco. The team is passionate about delivering outstanding service and operational performance, working closely with both internal colleagues and external partners to keep our customers moving.

 

THE ROLE

As Ground Operations Manager – Marrakech, you will be responsible for delivering a safe, on time operation at our Marrakech base and across Moroccan airports. You will manage third-party suppliers, oversee ground handling contracts, and ensure cost control while driving performance and customer experience. You will also lead the implementation of new policies and procedures, represent easyJet at forums and meetings, and contribute to strategic planning for the future of our ground operations.

PRACTICALITIES

This full-time, permanent role will be based in Marrakech. Please note, this role will be offered under a local Moroccan contract, in accordance with Moroccan law. This means there will be changes to insurance and payslip structure, which can be discussed further during the recruitment process.
