Main responsibilities
- Overseeing and coordinating of the airline operations (OPS) of Marabu in close collaboration with Operational Control Center / Dispatch, having the customer in focus of everything we do
- Coordination of OPS forecasts outside the OPS window (72h prior to departure)
- Surveillance of fulfilment of service agreements with external service providers
- Risk Assessment of the financial impact of operational decisions (e.g. overnight vs. diversion, EU261 compensation vs. purchase of external ACMI, …)
- Daily, weekly and monthly OPS reporting
- Ad-hoc support in case of operational disruptions (collaboration with PAX Support, OCC, Crew Control, MCC, …)
- Close alignment with management to decide on appropriate OPS mitigating actions
- Development and implementation of new processes to enhance OPS stability
