Position
Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, the A320 First Officer will support safe and efficient flight operations. This role is open to ATPL holders recognized by the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) with a minimum of 2,000 total flight hours. Successful candidates will receive high-quality training and have strong career progression opportunities toward A320 Captain positions.
Requirements
- Valid CASA/EASA/ICAO/FAA ATPL/CPL with A320 type rating endorsement
- CAAV license holder or eligible for CAAV recognition
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- Minimum 2000 total flying hours on Multi-Crew airplanes
- At least 500 hours on type (A320)
- Last flight on type within the past 12 months
- No history of flight accidents or incidents
- English language proficiency: Level 4 or above
Terms
- 2-year contract (renewable)
- Basic income: USD 2,231
- Housing Allowance: USD 1,000
- Special Allowance: USD 1,500 (NET)/month (applicable until 31 December 2026)
- One-Time Relocation Allowance: USD 500 (NET)
- Flight Hour Rate: USD 26.15/hour
- Flight Sector Rate: USD 7.69/hour
- 16 days of annual leave per year
- Guaranteed minimum income during initial line training: USD 3,475.38 NET/month (if actual flying income is lower)
- Other Benefits: Flight tickets, ground transportation, health insurance and Family ticket support
- Flexible roster: 5 weeks ON / 1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF
