The role is based in Gloucestershire and involves shaping and training future pilots. Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive Theoretical Knowledge Instruction to trainees
• Monitor and support trainees progress
• Prepare and maintain accurate training records
• Ensure all training policies, procedures, and documentation meet the highest standard
• Make sure course materials, manuals, and examination content is kept relevant and effective

What We're Looking For

• Experience delivering ATPL Theoretical Knowledge Instruction
• Can develop, revise and oversee course material and assessments
• A motivational and supportive approach to mentoring students
• Strong report writing skills
• Confident in IT, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
