Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Cabin Repair Aircraft Technician who performs maintenance tasks on aircraft cabin systems and interior components in accordance with approved maintenance data. The role focuses on cabin interior maintenance, defect rectification, and component replacement to support aircraft dispatch reliability, safety, and passenger serviceability.
All work is performed under airline and regulatory requirements.
And that could be you! Curious what your responsibilities would look like?
- Perform inspection, and rectification of cabin defects in accordance with aircraft approved documentation
- Remove, install, and functionally test cabin components including passenger seats, IFE fittings, PSU units, overhead stowage bins, sidewall/ceiling panels, galleys, and lavatory equipment
- Carry out minor cosmetic repairs using approved materials and standard practices
- Interpret and apply Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC), Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), and Engineering Orders
- Record maintenance actions in technical logs and maintenance information systems in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with Licensed Aircraft Engineers and Maintenance Control to resolve cabin discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain compliance with company MOE procedures, human factors standards, and safety management systems
- Ensure proper handling and control of tools, parts, and consumables in accordance with company procedures

- Higher secondary education with a technical focus
- Proven relevant experience
- Fluent in ( technical) English spoken and written is essential (Dutch or French is a plus)
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings
- High sense of aesthetics in cabin interior
- Organized
- Natural craftsmanship and clean and tidy worker
- Able to work with precision
- Drivers license
- Work in confined cabin spaces and at height using approved access equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary maintenance team
- Strong awareness of human factors and safety compliance
