We are looking for a Training Coordinator in order to provide a support to the training department:
- Work in a team of training coordinators and interacting with other departments within the company
- Developing and optimizing department admin processes
- Scheduling crew and company personnel training events
- Coordinate schedule with training centers worldwide
- Comply with multiple training regulations
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in the aviation industry preferred
- Previous scheduling or resource management experience
- Strong computer skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make quick decisions while working in a high-pressure environment
- Action oriented, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently
