Process:

• We ensure you meet our requirements before proceeding with your application.
• If you qualify, you will receive an invitation to our Assessment Day in the upcoming weeks.

Assessment Day:

• You will meet us, and we are excited to spend the day with you. The day includes a company presentation, a group exercise, 2:1 interview, and a simulator session both as Pilot Flying & Pilot Monitoring.  

After:

• Shortly after the Assessment Day, you will hear back from us with the outcome.
• If the outcome isn’t what you were hoping for – we encourage you to apply again after 12 months.
• If you receive a positive outcome – Congrats! You will be placed in our holding pool, and we will potentially contact you with an offer based on our demand.

Requirements

Type Rated First Officers

• EASA ATPL or CPL License + ATPL theory
• EASA Medical Class 1
• 500 hours on Boeing 737 (Rating must be/have been on EASA license)
• Multi engine IR (preferably expired maximum 12 months ago)
• ELP level 5 or higher
• No criminal record and able to pass 5-years security check
• Have the legal right to live and work in the EU/EEC region.
• Unrestricted Passport

SOLI Requirement*

In alignment with our company policy, candidates applying for a position within our company should hold or be in the process of transferring their State of Licence Issue (SOLI) to either Norway, Sweden, or Denmark. This policy not only helps in reducing company costs but also strengthens our operational efficiency.
