• Lead the crew through positive, inclusive leadership, empowering team members to perform at their best by valuing diverse strengths, perspectives, and experiences.
• Operate Air Dolomiti aircraft safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards for our guests
• Prepare and conduct flights in accordance with Air Dolomiti’s operational directives

Requirements

• In addition to your strong decision-making skills and ability to lead and work within a team, you will bring the motivation and professionalism expected from an experienced Captain.

• EASA ATPL (A) License
• Minimum of 5,000 flight hours in airline operations
• Minimum of 1,500 flight hours as a Captain in airline operations
• Good knowledge of English (ICAO Level 4 English Language Proficiency)
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• EU citizenship or unlimited residence and work permit
• Passport with unlimited validity (if not an EU passport, it must not entail stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport)
• Strong leadership and teamwork skill
• Selection follows Air Dolomiti standards. Recognition of Lufthansa Group selection processes may be considered. Travel expenses for attending the selection process will be reimbursed up to a maximum amount.
