Whether you’re at one of the 154 airports we operate from, or are helping to support them from our central offices, a job in Operations is all about keeping the front line of our business (and our customers) moving in a safe and efficient way. We rely on them to have the right people, processes, and equipment ready at the right time. And whilst they're helping to make low cost travel easy, we’re looking after them with great working environments, flexible shifts, bonus schemes, and great teams to work in.

To be successful, you should display organisational ability, maintain a positive 'can-do' attitude, and display adaptability in navigating through varied tasks within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Building effective relationships across all organisational levels is crucial, underscoring the importance of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
