About the role:

SKY express is currently seeking a Crew Control Officer, based in Athens Greece. As a Crew Control Officer, you will ensure the effective planning, monitoring, and management of flight crew schedules in compliance with EASA, HCCA & company policies. You will play a key role in supporting flight operations by preparing rosters, coordinating with multiple departments, and handling day-to-day operational challenges.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring daily flight operation and responding to irregularities (ex. Crew Changes, Aircraft Changes, flight time limitations).
• Handling crew requests and last-minute changes by maintaining safety.
• Managing day-to-day flight activities of crew members, in accordance with EASA and company’s flight and duty limitations.
• Monitoring the training courses required and making any changes needed, in cooperation with Training Department.
• Collaborate with Hotel & Accommodation Admin for out of base duties (duty tickets, transportation, hotel accommodation).
• Create & distribute reports regarding crew flight data.

• Able to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (including weekends & bank holidays).

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or experience in airline operations.
• Knowledge of EASA regulations is preferred.
• Proficient in IT (MS Office suite).
• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
