As a Cabin Crew Trainer, you will be expected to be a leader and role mode who can facilitate an exceptional standard of training.
You will be required to keep up to date with industry regulation and best practice, while maintaining a positive outlook and continuously contributing to the needs of the business in a collaborative manner.
Responsibilities
- To conduct all levels of cabin crew training and checking.
- To conduct SEP training and checking including Fire and Smoke training of flight crew on their current aircraft type.
- To ensure company standards are adhered to on a day to day basis and by line flying, coaching and development of cabin crew members.
- To provide feedback to cabin crew on their performance to improve the customer service experience.
- To make suggestions and recommendations that may be necessary to maintain the standard of training and checking.
- To complete all documentation without delay upon the completion of any training or checking.
- Complete departmental compliance checks as detailed in Departmental Procedures
Essential Requirements
- Valid EASA Attestation
- Valid EAA Cabin Crew Medical
- Minimum of 1 years flying experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member
- Engaging and enthusiastic approach to classroom and onboarding training
- Previous experience of proactively and passionately developing Cabin Crew performance
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and with an ability to give and receive quality feedback.
- Able to demonstrate can work autonomously and successfully, remaining calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail, quality and problem solving.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft officeGood ICT Skills
- Demonstrates flexibility, versatility, pro-active and being dynamic in previous roles.
- Demonstrates commitment to continued professional development.
- Adaptable and creative
Great to Have
- Hold or have held a dangerous goods instructor qualification
- Hold or have held a First Aid instructor qualification
- Hold or have held a CRMT qualification
- Hold or have held a train the trainer certificate.
- Previous experience operating on the Dash 8 400
- Previous experience of working in aviation training environments.
- Previous experience of coaching and developing individuals
- Previous experience of cabin crew recruitment
- Customer service focused
