Are you an experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer looking for a new opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our client, a reputable EASA Part-145 Approved Maintenance Organisation based in Malta, is expanding their team and is seeking proactive and skilled engineers to join their operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform line and base maintenance activities on commercial aircraft in accordance with EASA regulations.
- Support AOG recovery operations and flying spanner duties as required.
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance are maintained at all times.
- Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, often under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Take initiative to identify and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- EASA Part-66 B1 (preferred) or B2 Licence
- Ideally type-rated on A320, A330, B737 or B777 aircraft (other commercial jet experience will also be considered)
- Proven experience within a Part-145 maintenance environment
- Willingness to travel and support off-base operations including AOG and flying spanner duties
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure
