Braathens has been a key player in Scandinavian aviation since 1946. We are a well-established ACMI operator holding a single AOC, with long-term partnerships including a seven-year agreement with SAS – Scandinavian Airlines and a three-year agreement with Austrian Airlines. Through these collaborations, we play an important role in maintaining reliable regional air connectivity across Scandinavia and Europe, while remaining fully focused on delivering a flight experience of the highest quality.

Our fleet consists of 17 ATR 72-600 aircraft, operated from bases across Scandinavia and Austria. We are a family-oriented airline with a strong culture, short decision paths, and genuine pride in what we do.

We are now looking for a dedicated NPFO to join our leadership team and play a key role in shaping the future of Braathens.

You will lead the Flight Operations organisation, including Fleet Office, Crew Training, and OCC - and hold both operational and personnel responsibility.
