We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Theoretical Knowledge Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will deliver engaging, high-quality training while ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. You will play a key role in ensuring training excellence and student success.
We will entrust you to
- Deliver theoretical training in full compliance with established ATO training policies, procedures, and approved training manuals (ATO TM)
- Ensure all training and checking objectives are achieved; arrange additional training, assessments, or debriefings when necessary
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance on an ongoing basis, providing accurate and structured reports on progress and proficiency
- Complete and sign all required training documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner
- Support the development, review, and continuous improvement of training programs
What you will need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Theoretical Knowledge Instructor or in an instructional role
- Experience delivering theoretical knowledge instruction in an aviation, technical, or academic environment
- Minimum of 2 years of general flying experience
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Understanding of training methodologies and instructional techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
