In its Operation Control Centre, Luxembourg Air Ambulance (LAA) as part of LAR group, is currently looking for:
- Flight Operation Control Officers (f/m)
- (junior and senior profiles)
- Fulltime position (40 H/W) and permanent contract
Essential requirements for the position:
- Aviation experience and very good flight plan routing knowledge mandatory (PPS, Notam, WX forecasts, FPL, Léon).
- Be trustworthy, honest, integer, business minded and support the values of our company.
- Be people and team oriented and be able to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in French & English are mandatory. The knowledge of every supplementary language is a serious asset.
- PC skills: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel. The use of PPS, APG, LEON is an asset.
Organ Transport Team “helpdesk”
- Answer general requests
- Provide daily availability in accordance with our partners
- Weather and NOTAM check
- Provide aircrafts for organ teams
- Dispatch & Optimize the available fleet
- Liaise with our partners
Sales EAA (Air Ambulance)
- Answer general requests
- Provide air ambulance quotations to the clients
- Ensure customer monitoring and flight following
Dispatch – Flight Operation Control Officer
- Provide flight brief and movement message to the client
- Flight preparation & Flight routing
- Company flight plan via PPS
- Delay, re-routing, diversion
- Weather & NOTAM check
- ATC slot & Airport slot request
- Handling request & Overfly & landing permits
- Crew briefing
- 24 hours flight following
