As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Flight Dispatcher to join our Operations team on-site in our Hamburg office and actively support the safe and efficient execution of our flights:
- Prepare and file flight plans in compliance with regulatory and company requirements
- Conduct weather analysis (METARs, TAFs, NOTAMs, winds aloft) and operational risk assessments
- Calculate fuel requirements, payload limitations, alternates, and route optimization
- Monitor active flights and provide real-time operational support to flight crews
- Coordinate with ground handlers, FBOs, fuel providers, and aviation authorities
- Liaise closely with the Commercial Department regarding scheduling, aircraft availability, and client operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, MEL/CDL limitations, and company SOPs
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports
Your profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation operations or flight dispatch
- Solid understanding of flight planning, meteorology, and aviation regulations
- Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in operational systems
- Flight Dispatcher License is an advantage but not mandatory
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory; German language skills are an advantage
- Unrestricted right to work in the EU
