Flying in the left-hand seat, you’ll be responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable flying experience for our crew and customers, making low-cost travel easy and helping us towards easyJet’s goal of becoming Europe’s most loved airline. You’ll be making strong decisions, setting the highest standards, and always ensuring that safety is at the heart of everything.

Based at, MARRAKESH, you will be contracted through Storm Global for 2 years, working on a full-time basis.

At the end of the 2-year engagement, there may be options to join easyJet’s EU AOC via a fast track process – subject to availability of positions.

Initial Training Overview

A319/A320/A321 Captains will complete a standard easyJet OCC upon engagement.

For your application with Storm Global to be progressed, you must have:

• Operated as a Commercial Passenger Captain on A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months (at point of application).
• A minimum of 4,000 total flying hours.
• A minimum of 1,000 total PIC hours on A320 family aircraft (by easyJet induction date).
• An EASA Licence (and be willing to convert to AustroControl prior to OCC).
• An EASA Class 1 Medical (and be willing to convert to AustroControl prior to OCC).
• Minimum ICAO Level 4 English.
• The right to live and work in the EU.

 

The Selection Process

STAGE 1 – We will pass your detilas on to Storm Global who will contact you to advise you of the next steps and request further information from you.

STAGE 2 – Application Review by Storm Global

STAGE 3 – Online Personality Questionnaire

STAGE 4 –Assessment Centre – Successful candidates from Stages 1-3 will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre. This will take place at London Gatwick and will consist of both a Non-Technical and a Technical (SIM) Assessment.

 

Offers of engagement via Storm will be made following a full review of your application and performance throughout the entire selection process in line with Storm Global’s requirements.

Applications will only be progressed for the Marrakesh base.
