We're now looking for an experienced and inspiring Crew Manager to join our leadership team in Copenhagen. In this role, you'll lead and develop both Flight Deck and Cabin Crew across SAS Connect and SAS Link, helping to shape a high-performing culture where safety, customer experience, and employee engagement go hand in hand.

As Crew Manager, you will report to the Managing Director of Crew Services and play a key role in supporting our operational and people agenda.

 

What you will be doing:

• As a Crew Manager, you are more than a leader. You are a coach, culture carrier, and trusted partner for our crew members.
• You will create the conditions for our pilots and cabin crew to perform at their best by providing clear direction, visible leadership, and continuous support. Through engagement, communication, and collaboration, you will help build an environment where people feel motivated, valued, and empowered to deliver exceptional service.
