VOR Holdings has immediate positions for A320 Captains available at Spring Airilnes based in Shanghai and Shenzhen, China; Osaka, Japan and Bangkok, Thailand

 

Option A:

Compensation (net amount received by pilot):  40 days of annual leave

$23,413 USD per month

 

Option B:

Compensation (net amount received by pilot):  6 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF

$22,213 USD per month

 

Option C:

Compensation (net amount received by pilot):  6 weeks ON, 3 weeks OFF

$21,113 USD per month

 

Option D:

Compensation (net amount received by pilot):  4 weeks ON, 4 weeks OFF

$17,413 USD per month

 

Sick Leave

·      Eight days of sick leave during a consecutive 12 months

 

Uniforms

·      Spring Airlines will provide the uniforms to be worn on duty

·      All uniforms shall be returned to Spring Airlines at the end of the assignment

 

Manuals and Pilot Supplies

·      Spring Airlines shall provide all necessary applicable manuals and other supplies to the Pilot

·      All manuals and supplies shall be returned to Spring Airlines at the end of the assignment

 

Work permits

·      Spring Airlines will pay the costs and obtain all work permits and related documents necessary for the Pilot perform his or her duties in China

 

Professionalism

·      Pilot will at all times act professionally and observe Spring Airlines’ rules and regulations

·      Pilot will be a participative member of the Spring Airlines Team

 

Insurance  

·     Spring Airlines will provide employer liability insurance for the Pilot

·     VOR Holdings will provide personal accident insurance

·     Group international medical, prescription and dental insurance available that protects your family anywhere in the world

·      Group loss of license insurance available

 

Interview and examinations

·      Spring Airlines will reimburse costs

 

Minimum Requirements

·      Citizen of a country with diplomatic relations with People’s Republic of China

·      Less than 55 years old at start of employment (may be waived by Spring Airlines on a case by case basis)

·      Airline Transport Pilot License with A320 type rating issued by an ICAO country

·      Valid Class I Medical

·      Valid passport

·      English proficient ICAO level 4 or greater

·      No accidents or incidents

·      No criminal record

·      3,000 hours TT and >500 hours PIC in the A320

·      Currency in A320 within previous 24 months

·      Last proficiency check within last 6 months
