Position
The A320 Captain will report to the Director of Flight Operations and play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient flight operations. Captains will have the opportunity to fly modern aircraft, receive excellent training, and collaborate with a professional team committed to operational excellence.
Requirements
- Valid CASA/EASA/ICAO/FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with A320 type rating endorsement
- Current First Class Medical Certificate
- Minimum 4,500 total flying hours
- At least 1,500 hours on type (A320)
- Minimum 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC), including 500 hours PIC on type
- Last flight on type within the past 12 months
- No history of flight accidents or incidents
- English language proficiency: Level 4 or above
Terms
- 2-year contract (renewable)
- Basic income + Housing Allowance + Flight Hour Rate + Flight Sector Rate + Per diem allowance
- 16 days of annual leave per year

- Flexible roster: 5 weeks ON / 1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF
