The Operations Resource Planning department is responsible for carrying out resource planning for cockpit crew and cabin crew, technical operations personnel, and ground services personnel in the long, medium, and short term. In addition, the department is responsible for carrying out operational change management for the crew.
We are now looking for
OCC CREW CONTROLLERS
to manage operational changes for crew scheduling in our Operations Control Center. As an OCC Crew Controller your job is to ensure that each flight is manned with qualified crew members according to aviation authority rules and regulations. You will be contributing to the OCC operational decision making from the crew management point of view. You will have a key role in change management, making decisions and communicating with crew and other stakeholders. OCC Crew Controllers work in shifts 24/7.
This is a fixed-term position starting as soon as possible and lasting until the end of February 2027.
