Your mission will be:
- Regularly track and assess the performance of the cabin crew, ensure alignment with service standards and safety protocols.
- Implement initiatives to enhance attendance, motivation, and engagement among the cabin crew.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sickness-related issues and structured performance escalation.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Cabin Services, Managers, and the cabin crew to maintain operational excellence and address performance concerns.
- Prepare detailed reports on crew performance and attendance.
- Manage and coordinate various HR aspects: including onboarding, healthcare and offboarding processes.
- Any other duties, within the scope of Cabin Services, as directed by direct manager.
Must-haves for success:
- Basic knowledge of employment laws or willingness to learn employment law regulations from countries of operations.
- Strong commitment to employee engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Attention to details and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Conflict resolutions skills, cultural awareness and sensitivity are essential.
- Fluency in English, other languages are an asset.
- Having experience as Cabin Crew would be an advantage.
- Eligibility to live and work in the EU.
