Job Title: First Officer (B737-8)
Department: OPERATIONS
Reporting to: CHIEF CAPTAIN PILOT JET
Location: Within Indonesia

Provide professional piloting services on the Company’s jet to ensure all charter operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitor, assess, and report on B737-8 aircraft performance to support Engineering teams in troubleshooting, maintenance, and achieving optimal aircraft performance.
Deliver expert operational advice to clients regarding B737-8 aircraft support to ensure safe, reliable, and timely flight operations.

Indonesian citizen.
Non-smoker.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships and work effectively in a diverse environment.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Medically fit and able to pass required health examinations.
No colour vision deficiency.
Willing to enter into a bond agreement in accordance with Company requirements
Willing to work on a RON (Remain Overnight) schedule, particularly in the Papua region (Eastern Indonesia).
