ExecuJet Middle East is currently seeking a First Officer - challenger 650 to fill a vacancy within our Flight Operations division for a position based out of Dubai, UAE. Candidate must be resident of the UAE or willing to relocate and live in Dubai as this is not a commuting contract.
Qualification
- ATPL with current type rating for Challenger 650/605/604
Work Experience (length/type)
- Challenger 650/605/604 Type rating
- 150 Hours PIC Time
- 100 Hours Minimum
- 1.500 Hours total time including 500 Hours jet time
Background (Industry, etc.)
- Corporate Aviation required
Languages
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional languages would be advantageous.

- Basic Skills – Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with PIC / Lead Commander and passengers when an aircraft defect or other operational issue may affect the aircrafts schedule.
- Be responsible for the aircraft IAW EJME Private Operations Manual, depending on aircraft registry, including but not limited to, Operations, FDP and Safety.
- Ensure that the aircraft is operated i.a.w. EJME COM or POM, depending on aircraft registry, including SOP’s.
- Be familiar with company Operational Instructions & Crew Memos as well Civil Aviation regulations for which the aircraft is registered and operate accordingly.
- Assists the PIC with aircraft paperwork is in order before departure.
- Assists the PIC to ensure aircraft is airworthy before departure.
- Carry out duties concerning the flight in accordance with company’s SOP’s, including procedures, limitations and performance relating to A/C type as are located by the commander
- Confirm safe navigation of the aircraft, maintaining continuous independent check both geographical position and safe terrain clearance.
- Create a safe and professional environment on-board with emphasis on good CRM.
- Ensure that the passengers travel documents are correct before departure.
- Supports the PIC in passenger safety briefings ( if requested by the PIC);
- Brief passengers on journey time, en-route weather, possible delays and anything else pertinent to the flight (if delegated from the PIC).
- Contributes that the crew uphold high standard of discipline, are presentable, and that the crew, at no time, damage the reputation or image of ExecuJet Middle East.
- Report any fault, failure, malfunction or defect, abnormalities, events, incidents or accidents which may affect airworthiness or safe operation of the aircraft including emergency systems, via the correct channels.
- Report to the commander any incident that may or could endanger the safety of the operation.
- Comply with all FTL and rest requirements applicable.
- Obtain information/ explanation from commander in the event necessary to enable co pilot to fulfil his function
- Verifies EFB’s synchronization of both EFB’s prior to the Flight.
