Tasks
During your 6-month internship, you will support our team of communications experts within the SWISS Ground Operations Switzerland department in the below-mentioned fields. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to conduct your own smaller projects.
- Overseeing the production, preparation, and publication of content (articles, interviews, videos, images) on our internal news platform, “MySWISS.”
- Supporting the management of our operational communications channels.
- Developing, producing, and disseminating supporting materials for our internal communication platforms.
- Planning and executing a variety of communication activities and campaigns.
- Managing the communication agenda and coordinating with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of both internal and external events.

Requirements
We are looking for a reliable person with quick perception, excellent writing skills and an eye for detail. If on top of that you are communicative, creative and team- as well as goal-oriented, then it is a perfect match.
- Workload Specification: For this position, an 100% workload is preferred.
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) with a specialization in communications, journalism or aviation
- An ability to present complex issues, contexts and connections to different target groups
- A quick perception, high initiative, an eye for detail and good social skills
- Initial work experience in journalism, PR, photography, video production (CMS and/or Adobe Creative Suite) or related fields would be an advantage
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills
- Very good MS Office skills
