We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (CTKI) for the F AIR Flight School.

Job Description:
- Development, organisation, and delivery of theoretical instruction for the school’s students/clients in accordance with approved syllabi; creation of new courses
- Supervision of all theoretical knowledge instructors, organisation of standardisation training with TKIs, and support for their professional development
- Creation and maintenance of unified syllabi and materials for all theoretical training in compliance with applicable EASA regulations and school requirements
- Management of theory training for CPL, MPL, and ATPL, including ensuring educational quality
- Development and management of our e-learning and e-exam platform
- Cooperation with leading aviation experts on the further development of educational programmes
- Communication with the Civil Aviation Authority
- Internal and external reporting for Czech and international customers (airlines)
- Cooperation with instructors and students from the Czech Republic and abroad
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a TKI or from an airline environment
- Knowledge of aviation legislation, procedures, and relevant parts of EASA regulations
- Professional competence to teach at least four ATPL subjects
- Previous CTKI experience in a flight school is an advantage
- Experience with administering or using e-learning/LMS systems is an advantage
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- High level of English (spoken and written)
