College Internship at Lufthansa’s Integrated Operations Control Center (IOCC) at the Frankfurt hub—right in the heart of the airline’s flight operations.
Tasks
As an intern at the IOCC, you'll gain insights into:
- Process modeling methods within the Lufthansa Group
- the organizational structure and workflow of flight operations (particularly the IOCC
- the processes and working methods of DLH’s operational IOCC functions at the FRA/MUC hubs
You will acquire practical skills with a focus on:
- revising existing processes
- modeling and coordinating new processes, including the relevant interfaces
- designing operational, department-specific key performance indicators
- creating transparency regarding processes and procedures
- You will participate in the analysis and preparation of data, as well as the planning and follow-up of internal team meetings and workshops
Requirements
- At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of a degree program
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application).
- Airline-specific degree program, such as Airline Management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently, high motivation, and initiative
