Are you our New Team Leader - Admin Support Riga
We are now looking for a Team Leader – Admin Support RIX to join our dynamic Crew Support organization.
In this role, you will report directly to the Director Crew Support and take a central position in leading and coordinating the day‑to‑day administrative support activities that influence crew experience and operational efficiency at base level. You will ensure smooth, structured handling of administrative processes, effective supplier coordination, and timely, high‑quality ticket-based support in line with company standards and operational requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day Admin Support activities at Riga Office
- Ensure structured handling and oversight of Concur-related administrative processes.
- Oversee and coordinate parking administration for crew members.
- Manage and monitor S2 ticket administration and related processes.
- Oversee Observer ticket handling and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Ensure effective uniform management, including supplier coordination, distribution, and inventory control.
- Coordinate crew meal administration and supplier follow-up where applicable.
- Monitor Zendesk ticket flows related to Admin Support and ensure timely handling and proper categorization.
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting within the scope of Admin Support.
- Identify process improvements and implement structured enhancements within the Admin Support area.
- Ensure alignment with Crew Support and Flight Operations on administrative matters impacting crew.
Your Deliverables:
- Accurate and timely processing of crew administrative tasks and requests
- Clear documentation and reporting related to absences, crew expenses, and crew interactions
- Consistent application of processes and policies
- Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and alignment with broader operational goals
- Continuous improvement suggestions to streamline workflows and enhance crew satisfaction
What You Bring:
You are a highly organized and proactive professional with hands-on experience in crew administration or operational support. With a solid background in aviation and a strong understanding of airline operations, you bring both strategic thinking and practical execution to the role.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience within aviation operations and/or administrative crew support functions
- Proven experience coordinating administrative processes with high attention to detail
- Strong understanding of airline operational environments and crew‑related processes
- Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining structure and accuracy
- Confident user of digital systems and ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk)
- Experience collaborating with both operational and administrative stakeholders

- Solid understanding of airline operations and the full crew lifecycle
