Salary

The salary for this internship is EUR 1,448.41 - gross/month (38.5 h/week) in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

Start: February 2026 - 6 to 12 months fixed-term

Tasks

You will combine strategic projects with digitalization and innovation and help shape the future of our flight operations. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to actively support our team and gain valuable experience. Are you ready for this challenge? Then come on board!

• You are responsible for the implementation of the cabin strategy as well as some digitalization projects and coordinate them in close cooperation with various departments within Austrian
• You support the department in portfolio management and in the prioritization of projects
• You independently carry out market and competition analyses to derive decision-relevant findings
• You independently prepare (ad-hoc) analyses & benchmarking reports for senior management
• You support the team in making decisions through in-depth analysis and comprehensive presentation of complex topics
• You plan and moderate workshops & events
• You communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)
• You have a passion for aviation and are interested in innovation
• You think strategically and have analytical skills
• You have gained initial practical experience in strategy or consulting projects
• You show initiative and work proactively
• You have a good command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
• You are a team player and have a solution-oriented mindset
• You handle confidential data responsibly and ensure discretion
• You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the EU
