Your Role

As a Technical Safety Officer and FDM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing aviation safety across our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a safety advisor to the CAMO and Part-145 organizations.
• Investigating technical incidents and operational events.
• Collaborating with the Safety Department and departmental Safety Officers.
• Coordinating and communicating risk assessments related to technical operations.
• Serving as a key liaison between technical staff, aircraft manufacturers, external MROs, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Act as CAMO representative in the FDM Programme including analysis of Flight Data to identify trends in aircraft performance and system degradation.

Your work will directly support our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety.

Your Qualifications

• Strong ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Well-organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in English and a Scandinavian language (written and spoken).
• Strong administrative skills and confident in using Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience

• Background as an aeronautical engineer or a Part-66 licensed aircraft engineer.
• Familiarity with Airbus and ATR aircraft or similar types.
• Experience in aviation safety or an academic degree in a relevant technical or safety field.

• Location: Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) or Malmö (Hyllie), with occasional travel between sites. Possibility to work remote from
• Type: Full-time, permanent position (6-month probationary period).
• Start Date: As agreed.
• Eligibility: You must have the legal right to work in Sweden. Employment is subject to a background check approved by the Swedish CAA and police authorities.
